Hi, Marc ! This is a really great addition to your collection ! I'm jealous ;)
Malvin, you're making me jealous !
Agree with the previous comment, Biz has got an inhuman sense for composition, whatever he does is always perfectly balanced.
This is beautiful, Dave, excellent choice for the frame !
Great score, Malvin ! I was on it as well but had to give up the struggle :) and find consolation with a Death Dealer page. Your two Lobos are fantastic !
In the beginning it looked like Bisley was spilling his pure genius on paper...
Great page, David ! I folowed this auction very closely :). Had to deal with custom fees recently as well, you should look at what taxes apply to what kind of goods in UK, here in France the VAT is 19,6% as a rule (seems close to what they made you pay) but for art and collectibles it's only 7¨%.
Very nice ! Congrats for your wonderful Brett Booth collection.
Wonderful art ! I orderd this book a few weeks ago, looking forward reading it.
Hi, Mister Ewok, glad to see you received the piece ! I had purchased it from Anthony Snyder in May 2003, the year I started collecting original art, remember he had one more similar piece with sketches for sale. Unfortunately can't tell if it was published somewhere.
I don't know very well Starlin's work but judging by this page it's one hell of an artist, beautiful art.
Wow, Dale, it's amazing, where do you get this stuff ? Bisley started his career where some hope finishing it.
I was tracking this one along with two three other pieces... An absolute beauty !
Love this twisted dynamic pose, a lot of power and art in this drawing. If you want to sell it one day, let me know, please. ;)
Great piece ! I was going to bid on it but won an auction for a different Dredd illustration that ended a little earlier and had to give up. :(
I remember reading this series many years ago and how much I was impressed by Serpieri's talent. Congratulations for this beautiful piece.
