Thanks for the comment. Surprised to hear you don't feel it holds up. I saw as is a young teen - MANY times. While I didn't know the term at the time, I think camp is what they were targeting & completely nailed. Just meant to be a fun romp I think. Visually splendid and some of Queen's best music ever. A recent rewatch made me realize it's a bit of a love letter to Barbarella as well. Cool drawing regardless. Thanks again. BTW - your gallery is Amazing! I'll try to get back by for a visit.

This is so damn cool. I missed out on it two auctions in a row (it sold twice within a year I think). Went for much more this last go around. That's a sweet sketch. Congrats. As for Zeck, I think you can take demographic and nostalgia out of it. Whether I read the Ennis/Parlov run or not, and you have me intrigued, there's no escaping how much Zeck did to claim him and make him completely his own. His signature character who I think, inspired him to do his best work. Just bad-ass looking and Zeck completely captured his vibe. I like me some Miller Punisher too ;)
