Congratulations! A great piece of art. And when I saw it I was taken back -- I actually remember reading this very page 45 years ago.
Great piece! The fluid shape of the cut adds to the flavor. A little gem.
Absolutely fantastic piece. Was this darkly satirical piece one that Alan knew to never bother showing the editors, or could it have actually gotten published? Almost a Nat'l Lampoon item in its mocking effrontery.
I agree. To me this is what Frazetta's all about. A beautiful item! Thanks for sharing it.
Everytime I see the thumbnail for this I think, wow look at that McGuinness. Then I click and see (again) that it's not, but just as good. One of my favorites.

My rent in 1976 was $110/mo. This would have paid for a half year. That year I offered the Frazetta's $3000 for one of Frank's paintings. The deal fell through for reasons other than the offer being too low. Ellie was holding on to Frank's art. We all know where that led--To the museum!

As great as the art, nothing matches your story. Congratulations!
Giuseppe- A truly unique and wonderful item! Where and how did you find this? CONGRATULATIONS!

Great to see a Moose strip, and one signed to Frank Ridgeway is even better.
