Congratulations. What an amazing piece of art!
Congrats again. I just have the DF acetate poster. I can only imagine what it feels like to have the original art
Congratulations. That piece deserves a better photo though :)
Hi. Is this still available for sale?
great piece. makes me wish i could start a color themed sketchbook
Great surfer action page. Love te angles used here
nice! how'd you get this all arranged? what a great set
nice! still praying to get skottie to do a non-convention sketch. congrats!
Donating this to the "Sketch for Tony" fundraising during FCBD 2012 for Tony DeZuniga's medical expenses. For those that wish to help out (cash or donations in kind), please visit https://www.facebook.com/FansForTonyDeZuniga for more information. Thanks!
what makes this cooler is that it is on the back of an envelope. great catch.
great mchaley piece. always liked his work but this one rocks
Can't wait to see this completed. Makes me wish I have a jam piece in the works
An Uminga is a must-have in any CAF gallery :). Still dreaming of getting a watercolor piece from him Thanks for visiting
a great person too. he is in stable condition but still is a ways to go to full recovery. i hope Hero Initiative can help him out. some local fans are trying to do a small fundraiser for him and i hope comic book and video game fans would help when the initiative gets going.

yup! 3-in-1 art steal ;) thanks for the other images, george
Dave, sorry to say this but some guys vandalized your Hulk Stamp. Because I am your friend, I'll send you my mint copy and you can send this one to me.
loved Mike's art in this entire storyline. how i wish i was able to get a page from it. congrats, dave. two of my favorite superheroes
let me be honest in saying "i hate dave." he has everything i want from carlo (okay, some pages are with Ken). much love my gammabro. if you ever decide to give this away for free, call me first ;)
Thanks for the kind words. My only wish is that I get Jim to sign it before I ship it back home. Thought it would be easy with Facebook and twitter around but it's proving to be difficult :( Guess I'll have to find him in a con through friends
Thanks, man! I was really lucky to get this piece. We should push Marvel to get Carlo back on the Hulk title so that we get the opportunity to get more pieces like this in the future
wow! awesome piece. here i am dreaming of someday owning a giclee and here you are with original covers. agree with your reasons on what makes this an instant classic. congratulations!
You must be the guy Tom mentioned to me when I asked if I can pay at a later time. Decided right there to send payment :) I'll let you know if I decide to let it go. Thanks!
Thanks! I was lucky to have clicked on the link from Fanfare-se.com's newsletter. It had Superman and Batman. It was made by Bruce and the price seemed very reasonable. :)
damn! i wanted this piece. i gotta start monitoring Previews on what covers Carlo does :)
Thanks for looking, TC. I have to stop asking him to draw Hulk for me. I think he does a lot of other characters well (especially Elektra!). It's just that when Hulk is the first thing that rolls off my tongue whenever I see him. LOL He was doing a number of sketches using markers and I think he is getting the hang of it. I particularly liked his Thing, which he said was one of the easier characters for him to draw (which was exactly opposite what I thought while watching him)
geat inker! great all around guy =) let us know when you're available for inking commissions, jeff
congratulations! that's a fantastic story of collectors helping each other out. my friend, who owns the comic shop i go to had a similar experience when a mild mannered guy entered his shop and seeing the art collection donated by various artists to the store, told my friend that he owned some original comic art. there was an urban legend going around that a Filipino teacher from UST had 4 pages from Killing Joke that was purchased in the UK. my friend asked if he was a teacher in US and he answered in the affirmative. it was at that moment that it was confirmed that the 4 pages indeed were kept quietly in the Philippines by this guy in front of him! the only difference is that the guy is still not willing to sell them(none of us could afford it anyway if priced fairly).
i have been looking at this page for years saying that i would eventually save enough money to buy it. i should have pulled the trigger. curses for thinking that no one is searching JLA/Avengers pages anymore =) congratulations! if you ever hit your head and want to let go of this, please let me know
this is the first time for me to open a link and blurt out "WOW!" congratulations
Was watching the auction for this one. Amazing piece. Congratulations on owning such a historic piece of art.
Awesome piece. I really wanted to get this cover but it wasn't part of the ebay auctions. Congratulations! One of the best pieces from the first HI sketch covers.
Thanks for the comment. Made me take a look at this piece again because of it :) I lucked out on this one after learning to my utter disappointment that GHG had already sold the "Planet Hulk on the Stone Ship" grail to Ken. Pretty good second choice from Carlo's Hulk pages, I have to admit. :)
WOW! Truly a fantastic piece. The names on the buildings were a great addition. Reminds me of that GP plate of the Batmobile with images of Batman and Robin shown in the trees Congratulations!
i remember this ad from way back. the main reason why i picked up giant sized. i am envious and in AWE. congratulations.
