It's not italian, it was published in France, in Rin Tin Tin & Rusty (2e série) n° 25, 1972 : https://www.bedetheque.com/BD-Rin-Tin-Tin-Rusty-2e-serie-Tome-25-Les-Robinson-de-l-Espace-Les-Hors-la-loi-de-Gorko-221374.html

Bedetheque lists the artist as Carlo Marcello (from itlay but living in France and working for french publishers) but I don't know if it's only the interior artist or if he did both the cover and the interior art.

You can find covers of Rin Tin Tin by him on CAF, so that's probably the later.

The writers loved to "strech" him and their imagination beyond all limits.
