This is from the Comic Images Card Set of 1993. I have added 2 pieces from the set to my Gallery.
Nope. He did them al in his hotel room. He also did a fifth piece that was not sold. It was later the cover of DHP or other anthology. It is a picture of some characters holding down the bottom of a hot air ballon (except very futuristic).
