Mon-El by Jeff Johnson

I met Jeff Johnson at Free Comic Book Day 2019 at 3 Alarm Comics to pick up a commission that I had arranged with him. While there, I chatted with Jeff for a while and looked through the art he had for sale. There were many great pieces in his binders of art, but this one was my favorite and I had to buy it after I saw it. Jeff depicts Mon-El here flying with a determined look on his face and clenched fists, so you can figure that someone's about to get walloped. I really love the giant Legion symbol behind Lar Gand and the crosshatching in the corners of this piece. Thanks, Jeff!
