Composite Superman by Tom Fowler and Simon Gough

The Composite Superman is one of the weirdest villains around. He looks like a combination of Superman and Batman, and yet he has the powers of all of the Legion of Super-Heroes. He's quite terrifying, actually, and Tom Fowler certainly drew him this way. Tom depicts Composite Superman here as a creepy, empty-eyed creature who has defeated the Justice League, and is now looking for his next victim. And I'd love to read this story. I sent this over to Simon Gough, and he somehow made it even more awesome-looking. I love the green nuclear glow, and how the colors on the characters stand out without detracting from the mood of the piece. Huge thanks to both Tom and Simon for once again killing it!

It looks disturbing with just that quartermask of batman hanging on just by itself. The green Kryptonite like glow is used to bring a Frankenstein's monster feel to the character.
