I managed to find a second original from this same book.

Albert Edelfelt (1854-1905) is one of the all-time greatest Finnish painters. His works are concidered national treasures and everybody in the country knows his name. The National Gallery in Helsinki has several of his works on permanent display.
Edelfelt only illustrated a couple of books in his career. This one, published in 1895, is an epic poem called "Kung Fjalar" by Finland's national poet J.L.Runeberg. (Edelfelt was often inspired in his art by works of Runeberg).
The poem is a Viking epic and is divided into five songs. Edelfelt has drawn a chapter heading for each of them, and included another five or six drawings elsewhere in the text.
This drawing is for the "Second Song".
