Description

Too cool for words! A presentation copy of "The Secret Life of Salvador Dali", inscribed to Disney art director Robert Cormack, with a double-page hand-drawn portrait by Dali himself in 1946. Cormack was a Disney art director who worked on Fantasia, Bambi and Three Caballeros, and was to have been the director of the ill-fated Disney/Dali animated short titled "Destino".

Just amazing to own this piece of original hand-drawn art by one of my favorite artists, Dali, featuring some of his distinctive iconography!

I was in northern Spain at an obscure Dali museum. They had the drawings and a stage set based on the collaboration between Dali and Disney. It was a pretty low budget museum, but they had some pretty amazing sculptures,drawings and paintings mixed in with tacky framed photocopies. Greta to see this! Congratulations
