Description

It�s a scary time for this country. With our economy in the crapper, a frightening number of people are losing their homes and even more are losing their jobs. In some cases, people have lost both. I can�t imagine there�s a lot to smile about these days. I guess we just have to take comfort where ever and when ever we can find it.

For me, this hobby has always been a great source of pleasure and comfort. Although the current economical climate is doing its best to keep me from actively pursuing it, I am lucky enough to be at the mercy of kind and generous (not to mention talented) friends.

Case in point, this amazing gift by my pal Steve Mannion! I think you�ve all heard me go on and on about Steve�s tremendous artistry and skill, but I just can�t say enough about the guy! He really is just as nice as he is talented.

Thanks for giving me something to smile about buddy!

Wow! This is amazing. Steve's shading is so lush that it's hard to take your eyes off of Batman's cape!

Mannion Bats, the only way to go. Dude, your gallery needs some more Beefed Bats from Mannion in the future I'd say.
