Well, I was born in an Earth town
Now I live in a space farm
Emigrated to a small farm
Jupiter's moon Ganymede
All my friends are so space farm
My parents live in the same small town
My job is so space farm
Provides Eddie opportunity, hey
Illustrated in a space farm
Bought some beer teases in a space farm
Jones would daydream in terraform
Another Heinlien scientific for me
But I've seen Im All in a space farm
Had myself a ball in a small farm
Married an O.A. Doll and brought her to this space farm
Now she's space farm fantasy
No, I cannot forget from where it is art this comes from
I cannot forget sky people who love me
Yeah, I can be myself here in this space farm
And people let Eddie just paint it all for me
Ooh nah, nah, nah, yeah, ooh yeah yeah

My question though, is this: When the boy and his family move to Ganymede, do they then spend the rest of the novel being farmers there as well? The cover art seems to imply that.

Yes, in the future Ganymede is terrformed to produce food that is exported to an overcrowded earth. The colonists have to survive harsh conditions and natural disasters.
