Description

When I put away comics in the late 80's, I thought it might be for good. Where the industry started to go in the 90's didn't appeal to me, so I just got busy with other things in life. But it was this book - Untold Tales of Spider-Man, which shared my great love of the Silver Age Spidey stories, that was my "gateway drug" to slowly reconnecting with modern comics. So despite my focus on much early art typically, I've always known that I wanted a page from this great Pat Olliffe series in my OA collection. And I love this splash. I think it's miles better than the issue's actual cover!
