Description

For my Hulk Friends, Foes, and Family Sketchbook, I've been waiting for someone to choose one of the non-superpowered supporting characters, and final, at Heroes Con 2018, Rick Leonardi did, choosing Glenn Talbot! I was really excited by this choice because Talbot is unequivocally a Hulk character. Period. By having Talbot entering the jet, Leonardi also creates a bit of a story to the picture, which only adds to it. I'm probably one of the few people who would be thrilled at the prospect of having a Glenn Talbot sketch, but I've been a Hulk fanatic since I was two years old and this is the sort of sketch I had in mind when I started this sketchbook, so I couldn't be happier!

I love the image more for the military pilot and plane than the character. Very nicely done by Rick Leonardi.

One of the great things about theme sketchbooks & collections is that you get to see con sketches & commissions of characters who don't get drawn all that often. This is definitely a great piece by a very talented artist.
