DescriptionI've been looking for a nice example of Alison Bechdel's Dykes to Watch Out For for a long time, and I'm glad to have found one that includes both wonderful writing and drawing. This particular example is subtitled "dirty movies", is strip #268 and appeared on July 13, 1997. The strip features a good many of the feature's main characters, including Mo, Sydney, Toni, Raffi (Toni and Clarice's son), Carlos (Raffi's male role model), Lois and Anji. The strip also features Bechdel's typically sharp writing and insights.Bechdel draws her strips on two separate sheets of illustration paper, but I've joined the images together into one image, just like it appeared in print. So glad you got this one. I've loved her stuff for GOOD LORD many years. And this particular one is a hoot.

I used to look forward to this strip every week in one of the local SF papers, gosh, 20ish years ago. It was lowkey kitchen-sink brilliant pretty much without fail.
