Colored inks on illustration board; 9.5” x 15”.

This was the cover art for the book by Robert A. Heinlein; published by New English Library Ltd, 1977.

We've been wanting to add artwork by Tim White to our collection for a long time and finally were able to get two pieces that we really love. Both represent his early work from the 70's and his high attention to detail.

Great mix of imagination and application of popular cutting edge science and architecture at the time. It creates a city on the moon that people can get excited and envision making real.
