Description

This is about all an old Marvel-Star-Wars-fan-on-a-budget can afford - an only-slightly-less-sought-after 'Star Wars Weekly' page.

As I've noted on other pages in this gallery, Marvel UK required additional Star Wars stories to make up the extra slots in their weekly-rather-than-monthly publishing schedule. This story is from a flashback 'The Day After the Death Star' one-shot story.

I include Howard Bender, as he's credited as 'tonist'; presumably the staffer who adds the Zipatone� effects for publication in a U.K. black-and-white magazine.

Infantino's 'distinctive' take on X-Wing and T.I.E. fighters is on perfect display on this example. A keeper!
