DescriptionThis is another one of those covers I never thought I'd have a shot at.I still read the new comics, but my fondest memories are from the books that came out in the early '90s. It was a very uncertain time for me, having just graduated from grad school and not knowing what the hell to do with my life. Comic books helped calm my frayed nerves and were a wonderful source of escapism. 1991 was a notably rollercoaster kind of a year for me, and that's when the Sleepwalker title began. I got a lot of joy out of reading those issues. And the cover that has stuck with me through all the years since then is this particular cover with Spider-Man. I loved the big images of Spidey and Sleepy, their fun & dynamic poses, the bright yellow background, all that fantastic webbing ... So when the cover showed up in a Heritage auction last year, I had to go for it. And I got it!! I am so thrilled !!! Thanks for looking! Social/Sharing |

Fantastic - this is a classic the webbing and the version of Spider-Man here oh boy - Blevins should have had a Spider-Man run for sure - I think it's one of the best Spidr-Man covers of that era and it's not even a spidrman book

This is definitely the most memorable cover of the run for me, all due to the Spider-Man appearance. What's not to like about it? I'm a big Bret Blevins fan as well, so that's a plus in my book. I'm really worried about you though. Are you getting any closer to figuring out what the hell you're going to do with your life?

I'm soooooo close! Just give me a few more years (ten at most) and I think I'll have it figured out for sure! :-)

Thank you! Nice to meet a fellow fan of Sleepwalker. A fellow "Sleephead," as it were, haha!
