The Rocketeer Painting by Tony Harris (Starman) of Dave Stevens’ beloved character.

A great piece from early in Tony's career. Painted at the height (pun intended) of the Rocketeer hype. 1991. The movie was a hit. Stevens was taking Golden Age era style and storytelling, and making them fresh again. And, it looks like all that inspired Mr. Harris to put this amazing painting to paper.

10 x 16 pencils & inks. Paint looks to be a combination of airbrush and acrylic.
