Here's my final Hulk post for 2022. Adam Kubert was the last regular Hulk artist during Peter David's run and I've really been appreciating his work more and more while re-reading those issues.

Obviously the bottom panel is the highlight here, featuring a great split image of Hulk and Banner. Inker Bud LaRosa must have been really busy inking all of those lines -- and he did a great job. I picked this up early in the year in trade with the great Hulk collector Steve Yarish (AKA Joe Fixit). Thanks Steve for the trade.

Really nice job building the tension in the first four panels with the Hulk/Banner split panel as the payoff. Kubert did some great work on this book.

Great moire effect for Banner. LaRosa must have connected the radiography angle to this.

Perfect last panel! Killer contrast between the block blacks on the Hulk side vs the pure lines on the Banner one! Congrats!
