Description

I hold to the idea that when you have the opportunity to keep a book together, (usually after someone else has had the strength to keep it together before you) for the sake of posterity you should try your best to continue to keep the book assembled.

I don't have the Munden's Bar back-up story, as it wasn't drawn by Truman. I suppose I'll keep my eyes open for it.

And BOOM goes the dynamite! Kudos for keeping the book together. So often the cover or an opening splash gets separated. Congrats!

Tim Truman's 80's indie series that put him on the map. His exquisite art combined with the Ostrander scripts created a high quality in storytelling that rivaled the best coming out of the big 2. This cover composition surrounds Grim Jack with danger all about and places the circle designs in behind to suggest as much. It shows a dedication to the craft and the independent spirit that has influenced many creators since.

Nice! I used to own this cover (got in a trade with Mike Burkey back in the day)

So cool to see it found its way back to the complete story and that it now resides in your fabulous Grimjack collection!

I agree with the idea of keeping complete books together. To have the cover as well is a very nice bonus. Congrats on a great addition to your collection Andrew!
