I've said it before and I'll say it again: P. Craig Russell is a national treasure. I absolutely adore everything he's ever done, his new podcast is a hoot and how about these gorgeous colors?

My favorite work of his is The Ring of the Nibelung. I revisit it a few times a year and when he began new work on the Norse Mythology books a few years ago I was really excited. So when Wayne gave me a shot at this piece I just couldn't say no. To own a cover by Mr. Russell (hand colored no less!) is just a dream come true.

A big thanks to both gentlemen for being so gracious and making this happen.

Great liquid blues for the crystal cavern! It's a scene right in the middle of a fantasy story by PCR!
