Description

Having allied with the Robotech Expeditionary Force, the Sentinels – survivors of the Invid from various planets in their star system – make repairs to the Farrago on Tirol, which the humans have liberated. Cool little details like the huge mecha on the left being dwarfed add to the feeling of immensity of the Farrago. Robotech II: The Sentinels Book II # 6, page 3 (1991).

The gray wash look is awesome for this establishing splash image! It really imitates the manga look well as they tend to use a lot of screentone to get this effect on scale and depth.
