Description

George Perez is my overall favorite comic artist. For years, I knew I wanted my George Perez art piece to feature Thanos, and be from Infinity Gauntlet. Not the easiest bill to fill, as the series was only six issues and George only illustrated #1-4.

In my opinion, this page is one of the top 3 panels pages (non-cover and non-splash) pages in the entire series. The top panel featuring Silver Surfer and Drax being warped into oblivion is so trippy. Joe Rubinstein is also at his very best with the inking work here. It's all so masterful.

Bonus Dr. Strange and Wong appearance!

This is one of George Perez's most remembered works with it affecting the entire Marvel Universe. The Silver Surfer's story still resonates with how powerful Thanos is put over. The page itself is adapted into the beginning of the Infinity War movie!

Definitely! It's iconic. It's really amazing how amazing George Perez was. I'm so lucky to have it in my collection.
