DescriptionI've been needing to get this up on CAF for a while now. Zaffino is a truly amazing artist and it shows on pieces like this. It's a big piece so it is fun to take it all in. Strange's magic is done in blue ink on the original and the little scalpels have been cut out and pasted on the main board. I love it!Many thanks to Cam at Inky Knuckles and Gerardo, of course! Cam is a fantastic rep and I encourage everyone to check out his amazing lineup of artists. Social/Sharing |

Absolute stunner. Zaffino covers are amazing and getting too rare. Agree about Cam and thanks for sharing.

One of the coolest Dr Strange pieces I think I've ever seen. One of those drawings you just can't stop looking at.

Fantastic Zaffino cover! This one was really striking when I saw it on Inky Knuckles. And I agree with everyone else giving heary recommendations for Cam and his artists. Congrats on this piece!

One of Zaffino's best, bar none. And one of the best modern Doc Strange pieces I've seen. Love Gerardo's uniquely stylized take...it just flat out WORKS for the Sorcerer Supreme. Got those scratchy lines, the tonal work, and I love his expression and glint in his eyes. And using blue for the magic?! Great idea and executed even better. Congrats!

I keep coming back to view this cover art so I think it is only fair to leave a comment. It is one powerful image. And a strange one what with the eminating "scaphels", black spots on his arms and of course the mystical symbols that he generates. Congrats.

What a great piece. A lot of modern artists really put a lot of work into their art. Not just pen and ink, but mixed media to get a top-notch endresult. Congrats

Somehow this snuck past me when you posted --- what a unique beauty! Absolutely love the range of textures, graphical elements, and incorporation of surgical collage. Haven't seen that before. The face, dead center, is too good
