Description

I would normally end this description with the words "commissioned and completed at Big Wow 2014." But in fact, that wouldn't be accurate. Brian stayed at his table for more than an hour AFTER the con closed on Sunday evening, diligently working to complete this commission. The con staff and convention center workers were noisily dismantling the hall around him, yet Brian calmly ignored the distractions and continued to put the finishing touches on his masterpiece. And, as you can see, he didn't slough off a single detail. Now THAT is exceptional and unexpected customer service, by an artist who's world class in every respect!

I have some of this on video but had to bail 30 minutes after the con officially closed. Nice to see the finished piece up on CAF
