DescriptionA few years back, I came across U.K. based artist Peter Cleary’s website and was immediately impressed by the scope and quality of his work. I found his linework and use of colour very effective and whose appreciation of comic book and television superheroines was undeniable. I’ve revisited his site many times since.His drawing of Jade from her Infinity, Inc. days immediately caught my attention, and I inquired with Peter if it was still available. Thankfully, it was, and we promptly closed the deal. When it arrived, I was delighted to see that he’d included a copy of All-Star Squadron 25, in which Jade made her first appearance. Gotta say how much I really love the use of gray and black (or maybe dark gray) as a simple background to really make the image of Jade pop out. Fantastic piece! Thanks for posting and sharing

Nice hair style right out of a fashion periodical! The green colortone works very well to define musculature and pops even more within the thick black outline.
