--- Donald Duck's 90th anniversary (1934-2024) ---

I was in Cortona a couple of weeks ago for the second edition of Cortona Comics, and among the many Disney artists there also was Donald Soffritti, and it was only natural to ask Donald for a commission about Donald (Duck) who was about to turn 90.

The request was to draw his idea of Donald, and we can see he thought and chose to illustrate the bad-tempered one, mostly from the classic cartoons.

One of the many facets of our favorite duck and all of them make Donald one of the most beloved fictional characters in the whole world as of today, 90 years from his very first appearance in the 1934 cartoon "The Wise Little Hen".
