I can't help the weakness I have for well detailed cute dragons...and this definitely fits the bill... The story behind the artist is a little different, but I hope in some manner this purchase helps his family and children...

There is a possibility of a more intricate Wizard/Dragon scene in the future if he accepts (is interested in) the commission. If that comes to be, I'll be posting the outcome here in the coming months...

For now, I'm very happy with this piece and look forward to seeing it in person...

It's just so cute and not at all what I'd have expected from ths source! As the saying goes, you can't always judge a book by the cover...
