Who's the first name that comes to mind when talking about Mickey Mouse's adventures in comic books/strips?

Without any doubt, it's Floyd Gottfredson.
Starting in 1930, and going on until his retirement in 1975, he gave life, on comic strips, to Mickey Mouse, defining his psychology, the environment in which he lived, also creating new characters.
It's safe to say that Gottfredson had the same impact on the Mickey Mouse comics as Carl Barks had on the Donald Duck comics.

A legend.

And it's fantastic to (finally) own a Mickey Mouse strip drawn by Gottfredson!

Every serious Disney collector needs a Gottfredson strip... congrats for this lovely one!

I like very much Floyd Gottfredson. It was the counterpart of Carl Barks, talking of a long career working on mouse and duck... Congrats for the huge Disney collections.
