DescriptionWhile most people would not be excited about a stat from an old Marvel Comic, the appeal to me is this page represents the second Doctor Strange cross-over ever. (1st being June 1964 in FF 27) Thor (and Loki) had appeared in Strange Tales 123 (August 1964) and this JIM issue (Sept 1964) was the "answer" to that story.Arriving at Strange's Sanctum Sanctorum Thor finds Dr. Strange passed out on the ground. Reviving him, Thor learns that Strange was severely weakened after stopping Baron Mordo from casting a spell on the city before. Strange loses consciousness, prompting Thor to call for an ambulance and resumes his mortal guise of Dr. Blake. Social/Sharing |
