DescriptionAs a lifelong comic art fan & music lover, what better combination than a comic strip focusing on musicians?! This particular strip features....Samantha Fox: Going through high school while Samantha Fox burst onto the scene and pumped out hit after hit for the next few years was a fun time. The tunes were catchy, but let's face it, she was all about the body. Great memories! Nick Kamen: All I can say is that I remember hearing the name back in the 80's, but even to this day couldn't attach a single song to his name. I just remember he was a model who was plucked from obscurity and then given a song to sing by Madonna when she was at the height of her success and popularity. Frankly, I just liked the way McGarry drew him here. It's all about the art, baby! Marty Wilde: Never heard of him until I bought this strip, but I'm glad to have learned, thanks to this strip, that he is the father of Kim Wilde, who had short lived success in the 80's but who I fondly remember from watching her video for the songs "You Came" and "Keep Me Hanging On".
