Description

I loved Eclipse's revival of the classic Golden Age Airboy series in the mid-1980s, and acquiring one of the covers from issues #2-6, the five most memorable covers of the run for me, has long been one of my top remaining collecting goals (please refer to my CAF Want List for other things I am still looking for).

As such, I'm absolutely delighted to add the #6 cover by Tim Truman and Tex Blaisdell to my collection, featuring Davy and Valkyrie - one of my very favorite covers from the run and a real nostalgic bullseye!

Funny...I got a big emotional response from this and the Gulacy while scrolling through the last auction. I bought these all off the stands (ultimately, reflexively)...I don't remember much of the story, I certainly haven't read the issues again since...but I remember the covers. Congrats!
