The King! Glorious Godfrey is always a delight, but this one has Darkseid in abundance too! Nice page!

Almost every page of New Gods 12/ Road to Armaghetto has some amazing dialog and this one is no exception, with Darkseid eulogizing the endless wailing of his victims and Himon breaking down the fascist pathology. Kirby thought deelpy about authoritarianism, it is really the theme of the Fourth World. It's remarkable that this story is still unpublished in it's original form. I think it's a late masterwork. Congrats on having a page from it.
