Description"Le Tops Stories" is a series written by Giorgio Pezzin and mostly illustrated by Massimo De Vita. The Pezzin/De Vita run consists of 12 stories published in a 3 years time span (1999-2002).Recently, Pezzin started to collaborate again with Topolino magazine and it seems there are some new "Le Tops Stories" he wanted to tell, now with the art of Davide Cesarello. This is the cover, illustrated by Andrea Freccero, of "I Classici di Walt Disney" #524 (14) that contains a few old adventures of the series as well as the new "L'ultimo diario" (The last diary) that kind of connects all the stories in the volume. Andrea's gorgeous cover shows sir De Tops writing on his diary with some characters from his bizarre adventures in the background. Please also check the rough prelim by Freccero. Very nice use of the wash for the background fantasy elements that Mickey the bard is imagining and writing with his quill. He's dressed in the days of chivalry to amaze in these tales of heroism and adventure.
