A little too happy.. to fit in with your darker collection but nice to see you poking your head out of the shadows. Next posting needs to include a Rainbow in it somewhere. Congrats on finding this!

Covers for projects like this for public service are a really cool reminder of how important these characters are to the general public. It's old school Superfriends and superfriendly to kids with the Infantino and Heck art combo. Probably a good choice by editors not to go with the dark and tortured Batman '89 version, even though it was a phenomenon sweeping the nation.

Excellent looking piece. Batman in the forefront with a kid tugging at him wearing his shirt. This is how I like to see DC characters. Looks great.
