Ooh, this is so great. I never knew that DC had ever integrated Jemm, Son of Saturn into the DC Universe proper. I can honestly say that I don't remember ever having seen him anywhere outside of his 12 issue maxi-series. Unless he was in Crisis and I jsut don't remember it. He sure seems like a perfect fit for the world of the Legion of Superheroes though.
