Description

Another commission from Damon, his 109th, this time with a new penciller for me, Lee Ferguson. I'm not sure if there's a theme here but this sequential page features Supergirl with members of the Legion of Substitute Heroes. In panel 3 they are, starting from the back and then going clockwise and forward, Color Kid, Stone Boy, Chlorophyll Kid, Fire Lad, Polar boy and Night Girl. In addition, we have the Legion of Super Pets: Streaky the Supercat, Beppo the Super-Monkey, Comet the Super-Horse and Krypto the Superdog. Suffice it to say, this commission is my first with both Legions. But this is my 14th commission with Supergirl. I inked the original pencils on 11"x17" board with my usual tools and finished it on March 10, 2022.
