DescriptionAnother OAX bronze pick up from Bechara, and another wolf dude :) Being a fan of the OG Native hero Red Wolf I’ve wanted a nice Shores example from the original series…and here we are!Here RW interacts with the Wolf spirit, Owayodata, who gives him a big, nay, Herculean task. RW’s a little taken aback, but even if he’s “only -- one man!”, he’s still the man! Dramatic scene, indeed, enhanced by the lighting effect and lettering. Just a sweet full splash featuring the 3 main RW characters, including Lobo, and it pairs well with the MCP title splash by Javier Saltares I picked up last year: https://www.comicartfans.com/gallerypiece.asp?piece=1934828. "Do this task ... or red WAR will rain blood upon the plains!" Yeah .. no pressure at all, right? Makes even my most thorny 'to-do list' seem pretty wimpy by comparison. Haha! But really, wow man, what a FANTASTIC splash!! Great OAX pick-up!

What an awesome page!
I get a kick out of any pages featuring Gods/spirits and this is one gave me a big ol' kick.
I remember this issue fondly. As a child i ordered a comic book collectors starter kit from the J.C. Penny Christmas catalog.It came with a long box, bags, boards and about 10 random comic books.This was one of them and it was my favorite.
If this is the kind of awesome stuff that you're finding at OAX,then I'm super happy that I'm going this year!
