Description

Here's a nice battle page between Doc Samson and the Hulk. I really like the whole sequence- such great panels. I also have the battle page two pages later (which I also just posted) - both recent 2024 acquisitions. With the Hulk's dramatic "No" on each page, they go well together. See my description under the other page for a little background. After winning that page on HA I looked around on CAF and found another page I liked even more and made an offer on it. Thanks to a fellow CAFer for letting this one go.

Hulk vs Doc always proves to be a fun battle! That defiant "NO!" at the end is the best as Trimpe makes it look like Hulk's teeth are chewing through the bottom panel.

Joe Staton's inks really elevated Trimpe's Hulk art, as well as that of Sal Buscema. This is a great-looking action page, glad you ended up with it. Big congrats!
