Description

"The Legacy of Unicron" Part 6!

The UK comics tackled stories and characters that the US comics didn't cover. The events taking place after Transformers the Movie were covered on the Season Three Sunbow cartoons, but the US comics mostly ignored that future timeline for the Transformers. However, UK comics tackled their own version of sequel in "The Legacy of Unicron"!

Death's Head reveals to Rodimus Prime he is no longer under the mental control of Unicron and that Wreck-Gar lives! Rodimus then plays possum so he and Death's Head can get close to Unicron in order to kill him!

This page also clearly has a Geoff Senior credit at the top. (He is credited with assisting on the inks for this story.)

Alas no page 6 but you know what Meat Loaf says about art collecting. "Don't be sad because 81% ain't bad."

The inclusion of Death's Head would tie this into Marvel UK and then Marvel 616 just like Black Suit Spider-Man did way back in Transformers #3.

that panel 5 is totally "Wiki-worthy"! let's make this a new phrase we all use as a term of endearment for our artworks...or in the opposite case as a way to self deprecate ourselves...like "nice page, but it ain't Wiki-worthy"...no way!

Really like this one. Death’s Head reveal is eye-opening, and the whole possum move from Rodimus is a clever touch. Of course, only if the plan succeeds! Nice work, man.
