Description

Dave Sheridan may be best known for co-drawing the Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers with Gilbert Shelton, but his own character of Dealer McDope is also a well known figure of the underground comic scene. Sheridan and Fred Schrier moved to San Francisco from Ohio and published the first of three Mother Oats Comix issues through Rip Off Press.

The mushrooms talk in San Francisco! Quite a culture shock! That image of SF makes it look like they've reached the city of Oz.
