Description

From the collection of Sam de la Rosa, who inked this issue is the title page to issue 9. Badger just wanted a cold pitcher of the local beer (Point) after "beating the lard out of a young man who persisted in driving his '69 Mustang without the benefit of a muffler." Sadly, his wish would soon be thwarted.

A badger in heat is more likely to be irritable and send out a mating call. Maybe that's why he's headed to the bar.
