This is page 8 of "The Imp".Chad Grothkopf was the original "Imp" artist but at some point of the feature's run Al Jaffee began pencilling and Grothkopf inked. As someone that is especially knowledgeable about "Fawcett Comics" artwork, artists, and history, I can confirm that your "Captain America #14" Page 8 art is 100% CHAD GROTHKOPF pencils & inks, Michael:-)

Al Jaffee told me he ghost-penciled a few stories for Chad but this isn't one of them!
