Original comic art has all kinds of "firsts." There's a "first appearance"--sometimes referred to as a "birth appearance"--and there are buckets of those to be found. Collectors pay dearly for the first appearance of a favorite character and pay very little when a minor player of small importance shows up on the page. Both count as a first, though!
There are other kinds of "firsts" to be found. The first time a character wears their trademark costume, or changes their trademark costume, or replaces their trademark costume. The first time two characters share a kiss. The first time two characters marry. And on and on.
I'm limiting each gallery to 12 pieces, just because. Every now and then, I'll take an image down and put a new image up. Just for fun.
