A Sump page is indeed a wonderful thing - and this page is a thing of real beauty (ironically, given the subject matter). The linework is superb. With 2000AD, it's also a joy to get great dialogue on a page - and "Kilo for kilo, Gunge is twice as nutricious as prime Munce" is classic. Great page!

Sutton did some great work on Not Brand Echh. The depictions of 'Angel-Face' and 'Beastly' in the opening panel are superb. Along with the 'Toadstool', those characters really show off Sutton's fabulous inking. Nice page!

The King! With or without Thor, this is a barnstormer of a page. Kirby's foregrounding of the flying book in the fourth panel makes it seem momentarily as if it could be a useful weapon - but only in the hands of the Grey Gargoyle. (I agree, GG scared me as a kid too.)
