Beautiful, my friend, Jameson's inks are a tad more cartoony compared to Starlin's original (Marvel 2-in-1 annual), but in a good way.  I really love this drawing. This is one of the best Starlin commissions I've seen in recent years and my favorite of your new crop.  And colors are awesome.

Cool page, Kirk.  These are the types of pages that less discerning collectors might pass over.  Starlin manages to make all 10(!) panels unique and visually interesting. And I love the Titans as well.  Great pick-up, congrats!

That is an awesome vintage Truman piece!  One that I didn't know existed, with spotty distribution and a very limited budget (college student) I completely missed out on that Comics Interview.  Really great, I'm jealous...

By the way Aaron, there is a New Gods "portfolio", although it is printed on 8.5x11" std paper.  Is black and white copies of the New Gods colored pieces that Jack created prior to the series.  My understanding is Jack sold them at convention(s).  Of course, none of the plates are as amazing as this incredible masterwork!

Great page from an underrated series.  Matt Banning's inks are fantastic.  

My biggest problem back then was because pages were priced relatively inexpensive, they would sell so damn quick!  Being on the West coast, by the time I received art catalogs or the Buyers Guide, the pages I was most interested in would often be sold.  Solid relationships with dealers helped with that but most of us knew that.  And the dealers had to apportion first dibs to multiple collector to keep us all happy.  But, that time period was definitely the most fun I had collecting even though it was constant vigilance, phone calls and scrounging around for leads.

I love pages from the Big Change.  They are so colorful and beautiful to look at.  This is an awesome example! And Bernie drew an amazing Hulk and Thing, evident on this page.  Love those faces, just perfect.

This is one of the best Starlin Thanos drawings/commissions I've seen. Everything works on this piece; I love the cartoony exaggeration.  Nobody draws Thanos better than his daddy!  

Great background story and fantastic splash.  Never really followed the Marvel horror books consistently (couldn't afford everything on that big paper route money) but I always admired Ploog's art as I flipped through the books at the spinner rack. This is gorgeous down to the hand-drawn title, is that Ploog?

Ditko is the master, his character designs, storytelling and facial expressions are without peer.  He is and always will be the greatest Spider-man artist, imo, no one even comes close. Even with the dated fashions, his art style remains fresh and modern.  This is a super cool page showcasing the humanity of Steve and Stan's greatest creation. Love it.  Must've been a helluva comic collection!

I absolutely adored the Eternals, especially the bat sh!t crazy Erich von Däniken Ancient Astronauts influences, which I was eating up at the time.  Ikaris is one of the coolest Kirby character designs of all time.  Love his cable muscled left arm and that giant fist - pure Kirby magic!  Long live the King!

You have quite a wonderful collection of Big John art. His Thors are especially magical; this is a great example.  Loki's face in panel 3 is a mini-masterpiece
