Fantastic Four #58 by Kirby and Sinnott Owner: Scott Williams Comment posted on 1/3/2012 Good grief! That is INCREDIBLE! (More deserving of that adjective than the Hulk, even.) I have never even read that full arc, so this page is new to me. Seeing Doom on a silver surf board is both wrong and wild all at once. Love the composition and especially the inking! All those "shock lines" in every panel are the stuff of my brush ruling nightmares...as an inker, Scott, that's gotta make you respect Joe even more. MAJOR CONGRATS! |

Silver Surfer Owner: Enrico Salvini Comment posted on 6/24/2011 Wow, Enrico, I cannot believe I never saw this before. Just gorgeous...Like most of Gene's work, you can tell there's just as much passion and thought in the background as in the main figure. With Gene it's all about the overall composition and effect, not just one detail. Thanks for your kind words about him and Adrienne. I couldn't agree more...I miss them both so much. But they live on in work like this! |

Dejah Thoris Owner: Michael Netzer Comment posted on 5/3/2011 I never quite understood why a lion would need six legs on Mars, but dang, you really made it look natural, Michael! The visual symbiosis with the female figure and her incorporated/intertwined contour is almost as arresting as the loving detail and facile rendering. In short, beeeeeeyootiful! |

Skye Runner # 2 Cover Alternate in pencils Owner: Carlos Garcia Macias Comment posted on 10/15/2010 What a great idea! (As well as a major pain in the butt to scan each step.) Cannot believe how ridiculously tight the pencils are--definitely framable on their own. REALLY appreciate this "lesson", Carlos. Like going back to inking class at the Kubert School. Thanks a ton! |

Scott Williams inks on Neal Adams Batman Owner: Scott Williams Comment posted on 10/14/2010 Scott, that is amazing. Your inking is much, much cleaner. I see the difference in the head, but YOU FOLLOWED NEAL'S PENCILS. So any issue with its location is his, not yours. I understand if he wanted to accentuate the rolled-up sleeve more, but why redo it with all the scratchy lines? And why butcher the face? His looks more like the rushed Continuity comics art from a decade ago, while yours looks like classic (re: award-winning) Adams from the heyday. Thanks again for sharing these for us artists! |

|

All part of a glorious history that should not be forgotten! Congrats! |
