Congrats on picking up this amazing cover!  I owned this for a few years in the early 2000's and still regret letting it go. It's just too bad that Starlin didn't get to draw the Hulk more often in the 70's.

Ha -- this was a recent pickup and I was actually planning to post it before your Hulk show, but definitely relevant.  Agreed that the panel looks like Mandrake's work, but I think it's probably just Mark Farmer having somewhat of a similar inking style. 

Ha -- that's classic Cockrum humor!  Marvel should turn that into a variant cover :)

Ha yeah -- they're pretty prominent.  I think this came out at around the same time as Batman Forever -- so apparently nipples on armored costumes was a thing back in the mid 90's...

Wow -- another great Cockrum Legion page from #200!  Amazing!!!  Based on the date stamp, I'm guessing Dave had to wait until 1978 until he got this back from DC (most likely thanks to Neal Adams).

Great page Miki!  Cockrum was really getting better with every issue at this point!  That ship is great -- obviously inspired by Star Trek as Dave often was.  In this case, it looks reminiscent of a Klingon Battle Cruiser from the original series.
