Jack Sparling did great work even in his later years and this cover is a fine example. I totally agree with Shaun, this one doesn't work with colors at all.

It's interesting to see Joe Sinnott's interpretation of Colan's pencils. So different from Syd Shores and Tom Palmer but fine in its own right. It probably works better in color. Issue 121 is growing. Congrats, Lee!

I don't know about that. Ingels drew great dames and their head-lights were certainly up to par, so I am surprised that Al Feldstein didn't engage him more in the Romance titles.

This was Richard's own choice and the sole purpose was to save time. The lettering was a slow and painfully tortuous process, but I totally agree with you.

Interesting page. That rifle has some pretty advanced programing being 1969 but of course it should have recognized the heartbeat of a robot. Nice one, Steve!
